I'm working with a large logistics firm with a large presence in the Mooresville area of North Carolina that is urgently looking for a Dynamics 365 (CRM) Technical Lead for their brand new implementation/migration to Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement.

They had a consulting group implement the solution for them, and the project was botched. They have components of CRM implemented, but are still using their proprietary CRM and are looking to scrap the entire solution and re-implement Dynamics 365 for CE.

You must be able to provide direction in implementing the platform, as well as bringing light as to which of their custom .NET applications can be scratched for out-of-the-box functionality within Dynamics 365. You should have extensive D365 for Sales/Service experience.


The client is also working with several marketing automation add-ons that they want to leverage with Dynamics 365, but experience is not 100% necessary as their main focus at the moment is Sales/Service cloud.


The ideal candidate will be able located in the Carolinas, and dependent on how things pan out with COVID, be open to the possibility of a few meetings and be able to come on-site in general in case of emergency.

This firm relies heavily on their CRM operations, and you should have experience working under tight deadlines, and be able to take the reigns on the entire direction of the implementation.


You should have experience of the following:


-Proven MS Dynamics CRM Online experience (up through and including 2016/D365v9 preferred)


-Proven expertise .Net, C#, JavaScript code development


-Experience in Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration


-Experience w/ Marketing Automation tools such as Marketo, ClickDimensions, etc. and/or D365 for Marketing


-Experience in CRM technical architecture

-Experience with Power BI and/or Field Service is a large plus


-Experience of leading a team
