Head of Sales - MSP - (£60k-£120k including bonus) - North East
A Microsoft Partner specialising in Azure, Microsoft 365 and Citrix Solutions are looking for an ambitious Head of Sales Lead to manage and develop their growing Sales Team. They are looking for an experienced Microsoft/Cloud Solutions specialist, preferably from an MSP or Managed Services background. Additionally to the management of the Sales Team, they will create, innovate and lead the development of solution products to grow the company's key client relationships.
- Uncapped commission (achieveable of up to x4 the annual salary base) with an addiotional team target bonus of another £20k (if team KPI's are achieved)

- You will oversee Strategic Vendor Relationships while managing 12 Sales Team members including - Partner Manager, Account Director, Junior/ Senior Sales Consultants.
- You will be expected to provide and analyse trends to develop the solution sales and products. Looking at Data, demographics and future pricing strategies for this.
- You will lead Enterprise sales pitches working closely with Solution Architects and the Account Director. The creating and presenting of this performance data will be conducted regularly to the team.
- You will be responsible of all recruitment aspects and selection for the sales department.
- You will managing and develop the strategic relationships with Key vendors
Technical Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years selling consultancy services/solutions sales
- Experience selling Azure, M365 and Cirtux based Solutions
- MSP of Managed Services background in previous roles
- (Desired) Exposure to the health care or legal sectors with security based sale solutions experience.
