IT Head of Sales - MSP - (Up to £80k with bonus) - North East


An Award Winning Cloud Managed Service Provider are looking for an Azure/M365 Sales Solutions Expert to lead their growing team. The company has been achieving great success's over the Covid-19 period by continuing to manage and support their key clients in the Health care, Financial, Educational and Property based Sectors.

The Role -









  • You will manage and develop the company's key vendor relationships.

  • You will have direct responsibility of 12 Team Members. Including Junior Sales/Consultants/Architects/the Account Director and the Partner Manager.

  • You will conduct successful sales strategies with evidenced based road mapping. The will be conducted through enterprise sales pitches to the Architects and Account Director with monthly progress reports.

  • Deliver sales forecasts and business opportunities through CRM software, projecting company forecasts and goals.

  • Manage targets and motivate your sales team to execute them.

  • Analyse pricing strategies and other information that can potentially improve the teams marketing and sales performance.

  • Oversee the providing of services to business for up to 400 staff as an outsourced managed service provider.

  • You will have responsibility of all team members solutions knowledge, training and accreditation's.

  • Complete commercialisation of new products, services and solutions working closely with the marketing team to launch them.

  • You will be in charge of all aspects of recruitment and selection for the sales department.

  • You will be advised to attend industry events to generate new business for the company.

  • You will network your thoughts and ideas in generating new business for the company to the company director.







Desired Industry Experience:

  • MSP/Microsoft experience

  • Management experience and personal qualities.

  • Expert experience in Solutions Sales.

  • Have a great track record in previous Enterprise roles.

  • Hold Security Certifications for working with Legal and Health care based clients.

  • Understanding of Microsoft Azure and M365

  • Knowledge of Citrix
