Data Analyst and Customer Implementation
You will be responsible for new and existing customers and everything related to data and statistics delivered to them.
This process involves everything from understanding what the customer is interested in, setting everything up, and making sure the data is delivered to the customer in the correct way. You will be working closely with the sales, implementation and development teams to make sure the whole process works a smoothly as possible and all needs are met.
Your main responsibility comes in after deals are done and everything is installed, which includes setting up the data delivery pipelines. At this stage, the necessary statistical tests and calibrations are done to make sure the accuracy of the data holds up to company standards.
Data delivery differs depending on the customer but include setting up a new dashboard in the company's own BI-tool, helping the customer integrate with our API, or configuring a data streaming pipeline to the customers system. After the initial setup, you will make sure the data accuracy is maintained and answer any questions or requests the customer may have, both regarding the system in general and detailed questions about the statistics.
You need to be very well organized and have an interest in statistics and visualization of data. You will be part of building up a new customer focused department within the company and will be the main contact to the customer.
