Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist and support M365 front-line teams in solving advanced technical issues with guidance and coaching

  • Resolve escalated cases and advanced technical scenarios related to M365 products

  • Manage client escalations and de-escalations and work with engineering teams to offer premier resolutions

  • Stay up to date with best practices and technological changes within the industry

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B customer service or technical support

  • 3-5 years of experience with Office 365/Microsoft 365 (Windows/Exchange/SharePoint/Skype/Lync Servers)

  • Migration experience (Progressive, failover, hybrid and IMAP)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support and/or B2B customer service

  • College or University degree in IT or equivalent experience

  • Microsoft Certifications are a plus
