Dynamics AX 2012 - 1st Line Support


We are currently recruiting for an ERP 1st Line Support specialist to manage and advise on the use of Dynamics AX within established processes and procedures to ensure optimum user convenience and the functionality.


Role & Responsibilities



  • Support users:


    • Accepting, analysing, solving and prioritising questions and problems related to the functional business processes within the established frameworks

    • Analysing, prioritising and routing user questions

    • Monitoring turnaround times and status reports


  • 1st Line Support:


    • Registering, confirming and analysing information requests, incidents, change requests and preventive maintenance activities

    • Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement

    • Submit improvement proposal



Skills & Qualifications



  • Demonstrable knowledge of an ERP system

  • ERP application support knowledge

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
