D365 CE (CRM) Desktop Support Engineer- Progress to Consultancy - London - £30K
Central London based Microsoft Gold Partner who specialise in Membership Organisation Implementations are actively recruiting for a 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer to play a pivotal role in the growth of the practise but also to represent their reputable brand in being the first point of contact to both their SME and Enterprise level customers.
Working in a collaborative and supportive environment, you will not only be up skilled in a support capacity, you will also be trained in out of the box solutions, giving you the ability to customise and configure your customers systems based on their business need. Once you have gained confidence in this area, you will be allocated 'mini' project work to further support your development in this area and give you a route in to consultancy. This will be actively encouraged by your employer though peer learning but also MSCE Certifications relevant to the role.
In an open floor working environment, your product knowledge will significantly increase as you will sit with all skill sets required for the successful delivery on Dynamics 365 CE projects.

This is a salaried position paying up to £35,000 DOE - you will also receive a flexible benefits package, high spec company laptop and mobile as well as a personal training plan inclusive of Microsoft Certifications.
- Commercial understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support for Dynamics CRM.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience liaising with wider project team.
