Dynamics CRM Support Consultant, London, Microsoft Gold Partner, £35K

My client are a leading Microsoft Gold Partner based in London who are looking for a Dynamics CRM Support Consultant to Support their clients Dynamics CRM Systems. Their clients are mainly focused around the membership sector and are all based in the London area, You will have a good collaborative office environment meaning you will be able to learn from more senior people in the business.

You will be responsible for mainly carrying out 1st and 2nd line support issues around the D365 system fixing issues users have with their system, be responsible for ticketing and also escalating issues when needed. The company are known for giving their employees progression opportunities and they always like to promote internally rather than bring people in externally which means you will have a great chance to move up the ladder towards a consultant role.

In return you will be offered a salary of up to £30K, training and development opportunities and a tailored progression plan to help you get to where you need to be.

Ideally you will have:

- Strong Dynamics CRM Support experience

- Experience supporting 1st and 2nd line issues

- Ticketing and escalation experience
