Dynamics 365 CE Support Team Lead, Liverpool, £55,000, Financial services, Managing a team, 365 Customer Engagement, Enterprise D365 project work


A Central Liverpool based financial services provider are looking for a Support Team Leader to oversee their application support team, who support their Dynamics 365 CE system. This role is based in a Central Liverpool office location, accessible by both car and public transport.


You'll work a varied role offering you the chance to be hands on with a Dynamics 365 platform getting involved with some support work as well as customisation and configuration. As well as Dynamics you'll have the chance to touch on Office 365, SharePoint, Azure and the Power Platform. The essential requirement for this role is to be experienced managing a support team, running an effective helpdesk, both directly day to day line managing and helping develop your team.

The requirements are…



  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM, ideally versions 2016 or 365

  • Experience managing a support team

  • Experience providing IT support and supporting 1st and 2nd line Dynamics CRM issues

  • Skilled in customisation and configuration
