Nigel Frank have been appointed by a market leading organisation in the London area that are looking for a Helpdesk Analyst
This an exciting new role for a Helpdesk Analyst to join a market leading organisation that operate on a global scale. You will assist in the day-to-day running of their systems and applications with the other 6 members of the team. My client is looking for a candidate that will work closely with the stakeholders and users so excellent communication skills are a must. One of the main purposes of this role will be to resolve issues and help implement their new support system. This role will give you the ability to work with some excellent IT professionals in a collaborative working environment. This role will now be 100% remote.
