Application Support Analyst - Remote - £40K - £50K
My client is a global organisation that works at the cutting edge of technology, they are in the midst of a transformation project and require additional IT support for their business.
This opportunity will allow you to work 100% remotely and will give you the opportunity to work on some exciting project across their exciting technology stack. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to directly impact the growth of the business help keep the company working at the cutting edge of technology. My client is well-known for their award winning training and their noticeable growth in their industry leading them to be market leaders. My client invests in their staff and will ensure they get the support and opportunity to explore the technologies that most interest them.
This opportunity is to support their current system and work on continuous improvement projects and implement cutting edge technology. You will be supporting users with any queries and troubleshooting issues, working alongside a strong knowledgeable team to implement and deploy solutions.

- Experience working in application support
- Exposure to ITIL service management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to explain issues to users
