Are you service oriented and do you like working with both the functional and technical side of IT applications? Our client is looking for a new colleague to join their IT service desk team.

You will be working for one of the leading travel groups within Europe that has its back office and IT operations in an office in Rotterdam.

The role: IT Service desk agent

You will be the first point of contact for the organisation and will monitor the IT systems, applications and business processes. You will oversee problem management where you can actively try and find structural solutions. Part of your tasks would also be to draw up and maintain the FAQ for users and to help improve the services that are provided.

- Quick learner of IT applications and processes;

- Strong Communications skills in Dutch and English;

- Experience in similar role or has transferable skills from previous roles;

- Enjoys working on both technical and functional responsibilities;

- Have a proactive and flexible work attitude.
