CRM Team Overview:

The CRM & Analytics team is a highly strategic and cross-functional team responsible for leading the firm's global digitalization effort. This initiative, spanning all client-facing business units and corporate functions, will drive innovation and strategic change through technology, data science, and deep analytics.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Good clear communication skills (can go in front of the business and work with technical teams)

  • Can operate independently and manage own workflow and external dependencies

  • Well organized and able to organize others

  • Solid admin skills - hardened by experience

  • [Declarative] Solution architecture experience is a plus including exposure to

  • Tech competencies

    • Admin certification. Advanced Admin - a big plus

    • Data model, security and sharing, release management

    • Process automation

    • Lightning

    • Data Loader and overall good data-related skills

    • Reports, dashboards etc…

    • Experience working with AppExchange [managed] packages


Required Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related experience

  • 3+ years previous administration experience with Salesforce holding Administration Certification

  • Experience designing and implementing declarative functions (standard/custom objects, layouts, workflows, validation rules, etc.), Lightning components and App Exchange products

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills

  • Strong verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

  • Experience with data migrations from third party systems to Salesforce

  • Experience working with or having been part of support organization is a plus

  • Results oriented, highly organized person who can handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced agile environment
