The purpose is to delight clients by providing outstanding customer service. For example, assisting new clients in their onboarding journey, deploying and upgrading client sites in the cloud, resolving demanding technical issues quickly and professionally, and striving for continual improvement. In order to succeed you will be comfortable working alone, with peers or across the business and client organisations as necessary.

The role:

  • Answering queries and troubleshooting technical issues relating to an bespoke product. This integrates with Office 365 and is built upon Azure cloud infrastructure.

  • Ensuring an exemplary level of customer service is provided to all customers at all levels.

  • Ownership and accountability on all support tickets, acting in the clients' best interests and working according to SLAs.

  • Liaising with clients and internal teams on all aspects of work, which will require clear, concise and professional communications.

Skills Needed:

  • Microsoft Stack

  • SharePoint, Office 365

  • Azure

  • PowerShell Scripting

  • SQL and Octopus Deploy would be benificial
