Established consultancy in the Birmingham area are recruiting for a CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) Product Owner with hands on abilities, leadership qualities, use of expert product knowledge and initiative to champion their D365 CE internal system.


The core responsibilities of this role require you to take ownership of the system, providing continuous development and implementing new functionalities to reflect business need. These new solutions will be based of requirements you will gather from both high level stakeholders and business users.


The company would like the successful candidate to provide a clear road map for the system and to analyse areas that can be improved - this is a real chance to bring your prior industry experience and have a complete oversight of your work.


The system is currently on premise with a clear strategy to migrate to and online solution - this is something you will lead and be involved with from discovery to go-live.

Working on an integrated system, the successful applicant will be provided with experience of Business system management gaining exposure to project work with wider Microsoft technologies such as Power BI and O365.


Further to this, you will be provided with a personal development plan and be supported through relevant MCSE Certifications which will be supported both financially and through study time.


You will also be heavily involved in the documentation, user training and demo's you have done to demonstrate the impact technology can have daily for both employees and customers.


Salary is £60,000 with 26 Days holiday, flexible benefits package, flexi time and the option to work from home.


Requirements:



  • Commercial experience working with Dynamics CRM, ideally versions 2016/D365.

  • Experience in the customisation and configuration of the system - creating workflows/dashboards/forms.

  • Experience with Data Cleansing

  • Experience in gathering requirements from business users.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to implement and suggest solutions from initiative.
