Seeking a senior CRM consultant interested in working with a widely varied and rapidly growing list of clients all across the United States. Role and Responsibilities:

  • Participate and lead analysis and design sessions to capture functional and technical requirements related to clients' sales, marketing, service, and operational needs

  • Communicate clearly with clients to ensure they have reasonable expectations

  • Define service scope/statement of work and corresponding labor estimates to complete assignments.

  • Design solutions using Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, and other Microsoft stack technologies to meet client needs

  • Communicate with all relevant parties to ensure the projects proceed on-time, on-target, and on-budget

  • Communicate with developers to design software based on client specifications

  • Present to clients to showcase system features

  • Conduct system and integration tests

  • Train end users on the created platform

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Take on a leadership role overseeing junior consultants

  • Proactively manage business contact relationships to support the business development process

  • Support business development efforts through scoping and demonstrating Dynamics CRM solutions and other Microsoft stack technologies

  • Support marketing efforts through events, webinars, whitepapers and blogging

  • Support account management activities

  • Create and provide proper documentation

  • research of new technologies and trends that might impact our clients and make appropriate recommendations

  • Provide training or assistance to client staff relating to client's Dynamics CRM solutions

  • Perform emergency on-site or remote support as needed as requested by client

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-8 years of experience with Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement/CRM

  • Experience leading design sessions with clients

  • Experience documenting functional specifications

  • Understanding of logical data modelling

  • Experience troubleshooting and testing skills

  • Ability to implement tools and strategies to ensure high quality control

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Previous leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing or administrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement/CRM or other similar systems

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Visio

  • Dynamics 365 certifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems or other relevant field
