You will be responsible for working closely with business users, stakeholders, and executives to drive Success and Adoption of the Dynamics 365 Platform. Your role as the Manager, Customer Success and Adoption will give you complete ownership over the successful implementation and adoption of the Dynamics 365 platform, and you will have the ability to deliver world-class training, documentation, and upskillilng for a brand new CRM product.



Minimum Requirements



  • 4+ years' experience in software adoption & customer success

  • Dynamics CRM 2016/D365 online experience

  • Excellent communication, customer service expertise

  • Strong background in requirements gathering, documentation, and end-user support

  • 3+ years of delivering one-on-one, or group software trainings, learning, and/or implementation follow-ups

  • Dynamics CRM Certifications highly preferred
