Job description/Responsibilities

The primary function is to ensure the success and growth of Azure Cloud & Infrastructure Services by partnering with Sales and Delivery teams. You will be creating account planning/growth strategy for existing accounts, and responsible for collaborating internal teams. In this role, you are also responsible for partnering with the customers and bringing innovative ideas into existing accounts.

  • You will be resonsible for proposal cycle working closely with Customer Success/Sales teams to develop content for proposals, work statements, and RFP responses for Cloud & Infrastructure services opportunities in Digital Infrastructure Services

  • You will analyze client's requirements, provides technical expertise based on the analysis and ensure technical solution design fit within customers' requirements.

  • Scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers' met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the business

  • Interface with the implementation / project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery

  • Manages hand-over to the Services Functions (Post-Sales Support for Cloud/Infrastructure Services) for live project implementation

  • Support with technical qualification of sales opportunities

  • Define and implement a structured way of handling opportunities - first client meeting, solution pitch, RFP response, RFI response, presentation, etc.,

  • Lead the technical strategy and generate technical documents to support bid responses (RFI, RFP)

  • You will generate collaterals, case studies, technical documents, etc., and assist sales in pitch evangelism.

  • Act as a liaison between Customer Success/Delivery teams to improve customer experience.

  • Responsible for successful execution of Cloud Transformation and Managed Services Programs

  • 15+ Years of relevant work experience

  • Deep understanding of Cloud & IT Infrastructure technologies

  • Have an understanding of the Public Cloud Providers Partner Eco system

  • Demonstrated successful prior experience in prospecting, opportunity shaping, and selling managed services solutions.

  • Entrepreneurial approach to business, team and client interactions

  • Proven experience in delivering transformation and Managed Services programs

  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills

  • Ability to develop effective working relationships internally at a variety of levels and work closely with commercial departments such as sales, operations and product development

  • Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.

  • Create and present technical customer presentations, consulting workshops, and proofs of concept.
