Dynamics CRM Administrator, London, £40K, D365 Implementation


I am working with a leading Housing association based in central London who are looking for a Dynamics CRM Administrator to play a key part in their D365 online Implementation. This would be a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain more project experience with D365.


You will be heavily involved in the implementation of D365 online and be responsible for a variation of tasks including user support and training, requirements gathering and Customisation and configuration. You will also be responsible for dealing with key stakeholders involved within the project so previous experience in this is essential.


Ideally you will have:



  • Strong Dynamics CRM Skills (D365)

  • Customisation and configuration

  • 1st and 2nd line support to users

  • Requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement

  • Housing sector experience would be desirable
