I'm working with a brand new client in the manufacturing/distribution industry who has decided to invest the remainder of their 2019 budget into building out their previously implemented Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement (D365 for Sales, D365 for Marketing, D365 for Customer Service, and MS Portals).

The solution was previously implemented by a local consulting company and not much has been done to customize/configure the solution, nor are the Sales/Customer Service departments utilizing the solution to it's fullest capability. You will be responsible for suggesting architectural solutions that align with the scope of the business and its processes, as well as being able to turn functional requirements into technical solutions. You should have a strong background in CRM/.NET development, and be able to not only develop plug-ins, but also make suggestions on what can be done in Dynamics 365 "out-of-the-box" versus where custom code may be necessary.

You should also have project experience with either older versions ADX Studio, or recent Microsoft Portals deployment experience. You will be building a Portal that is to be used for submission of helpdesk tickets. This is a 3 month contract that is expected to be extended into the beginning of 2020. The client is ideally looking for someone who can be on-site for 3 days per week for the first few weeks of the project, with remote flexibility for the right candidate.

  • Proven experience/expertise consulting on Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 for CE projects (up to/including 2016 and D365 Online preferred)
  • You should have previous full life cycle implementation experience of Dynamics CRM/D365|
  • You should have Dynamics CRM Development (C#/.NET Framework, JavaScript) and Architecture Experience
  • Any ADX Studio/MS Portals experience or exposure is a definite plus
  • If you have exposure to ClickDimensions, that is a plus
  • Data Migration experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You must be able travel/be on-site to Manhattan, and possibly to clients satellite office/warehouse in Staten Island
