Job Description

Summary:This role will be an advocate and supporter for internal stakeholders to deliver a holistic CRM solution that solves their business

problems and accelerates the business forward. Define a user experience and develop user personas based on qualitative and

quantitative data, user interviews, and user workshops - linking measures to business KPIs.


Minimum Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent in experience technical job experience.

Minimum Experience:

3+ years of combined experience in product management, client services, or product development

Desirable Experience:

5+ years of combined experience in product management, client services, or product development.

Successfully used, implemented, managed and/or built an enterprise CRM solution, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Deep understanding of health care insurance industry.

Understanding of master data management.

Operating in an agile environment.
