EUC, Messaging and Mobile Specialist - West Sussex

Job specification:

  • 2nd line engineer for Office 365, exchange and mobile services to deliver technical service.
  • Working closely with Desktop, Wintel, UC and network engineers in order to monitor and troubleshoot incidents.
  • Provide diagnosis to clients focused on Outlook and Office 365.
  • Prepare and train IT helpdesk team in order to provide consistent service to customers when issues arise.
  • Ability to build and support a team, as well as attention to detail in order to solve problems.

Technical requirements:

  • Two years' service desk support
  • Knowledge of core Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, AAD, DNS, DHCP)
  • Windows Desktop systems, 7 and 10
  • Experience with Office 365, Exchange 2016 and Exchange online
  • Microsoft certified professional desirable but not essential
