This IT organisation seeks a Dynamics CRM Specialist to assist in the development of Dynamics CRM solutions and enhancements and the efficient support operation and the services it provides to customers.


The Dynamics CRM Specialist will primarily focus on developing new solutions and enhancements but will also provide some escalation support (T2). This role is also an opportunity for an ambitious candidate to participate toward a long-term Application strategy transformation, and to drive significant, tangible improvements across the enterprise.

What you'll do



  • Internal Dynamics 365 CRM development and support

  • Own, develop and maintain CRM SDK portal and CRM plug-ins (North52, Supergrid, Click Dimensions)

  • Familiarize, improve and maintain current customized features in CRM

  • Create and manage integrations between CRM and other Applications

  • Manage and maintain a source control environment

  • Fix, grow and transform the Application portfolio

  • Point of contact for key CRM users

  • Creation of business workflows and processes

  • Creation and maintenance of CRM entities

  • Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based SQL environments

  • Attend Applications Steering group meetings

  • Assist the business with methods or tools to perform data cleansing

  • Meeting and maintaining Data Protection regulation requirements

  • Training IT colleagues to perform first-line CRM support


Who you are



  • Articulate, numerate and literate

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration and development skills essential

  • C# and .net skills essential

  • IIS and SQL skills essential

  • Javascript skills essential

  • Microsoft Azure experience desirable

  • Microsoft Office 365 experience desirable

  • Broad IT knowledge

  • Able to work in a fast-moving environment

  • Logical and innovative thinker

  • Ability to communicate effectively via email and phone

  • Ability to clearly document processes

  • Coach or mentor other IT team members

  • Commitment to timely and accurate resolution of enquiries and problems

  • Self-aware, takes responsibility for own development

  • Ability to work in an agile environment

  • Fluent English and Swedish is a MUST!
