This Microsoft Gold Partner sells, implements and supports the full Dynamics Stack in the Cloud, Hybrid Cloud and on-premise and are looking for a senior technical consultants in order to optimise this and drive the businesses success.



As well as acting as a hands on senior developer they are also looking to build the team around you as the Dynamics CRM expert. You will be responsible for identifying high priority customer issues and assign appropriate team members, including management. You will work with customers and other team members to investigate, test and develop solutions and workarounds to resolve client issues/requests.



Create and edit CRM Dashboards, forms and Workflows * Perform in-depth analysis of CRM user issues to determine causes and solutions * Gain an understanding of the underlying business, data and processes sufficient to provide expert advice to users in the use of Dynamics CRM * Update users and change permissions within the CRM



Ideally you will have:



  • Strong Dynamics CRM experience

  • Customisation and configuration experience

  • Experience developing custom Plugins using C#.NET

  • JavaScript experience

  • Experience in a client facing environment
