Role & Responsibilities

  • ヘルプデスク業務
    (Helpdesk & reporting)

  • 既存プラットフォームおよびサービス周辺の各種管理業務
    (Administrative duties around existing platforms and services)

  • 新サービスの計画および導入
    (Plannning & Implementation for new services)

  • サービスモニタリング

  • ITプロジェクトメンバとして、社内プロジェクトへの参画

Skills & Qualifications

  • 日本語/英語 ともにビジネスレベルが望ましい

  • IaaS, PaaS, および SaaSの管理
    例:シンクライアントPC、サーバ、ERP & CRMシステム、Office 365/SharePoint、収益管理システム

  • ヘルプデスク業務の経験
