The Role: As a Service Desk analyst you will be required to provide a fast and efficient level of 1st and 2nd line support for internal staff as well as external support for clients. You will be required to respond to calls and emails in a timely manner that are in accordance to the agreed SLA.

- Office 365


- Windows 10


- Microsoft Certification (Desirable)


Your Responsibilities:



  • Working with customers and colleagues to identify issues and causes to reach a solution.

  • Offer the highest level of customer service

  • To escalate issues to consultants as and when required.

  • Trouble shooting IT issues from internal software to hardware.

  • Basic Active directory knowledge

  • Liaising with senior management.
