Role Responsibilities:

This role is focused on Salesforce.com customer implementations. Consultants will work onsite with customers to analyse their requirements, develop designs, and implement Salesforce.com and systems. Specific areas of concentration include:

  • System implementation & adoption
  • Salesforce.com service & support
  • Salesforce.com Salesforce automation
  • Pre-sales support
  • Regional network building with technology partners and other Appirio regions
  • Hiring support for other roles in the region

Person Description

Education and Experience (Requirements):

  • 4-5+ years of experience with technical implementations of customer projects
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce.com configuration
  • Background in CRM process design and implementation
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Strong customer facing skills
  • Enthusiastic, professional, and confident personality, with a focus on customer success
  • Excellent listening skills to fully understand the customer requirements and pain points
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into implementation plans
  • Driven by customer success with a team player attitude
  • Fluent in English and a Nordic language preferred
