Nigel Frank International is working in partnership with a leading Real Estate Organization to fill a Technical Support Specialist role based onsite in Fort Worth, Texas. The organization is seeking recent college graduates who earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field), and who have between 1-4 years (or less!) of experience working in IT.
Candidates are expected to have a working knowledge of the following: Microsoft Azure, Exchange, VMware, Windows Server, SQL Server, and overall Desktop Support. This is a fantastic role for recent college graduates, or IT professionals with less than 5 years of working experience, who are looking to kick-start their career in the IT Industry.
Required Skills / Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or related field) from a 4-year University.
- 1-3 years of work experience in IT.
- Experience with Azure and an active knowledge of cloud migrations.
- Desktop support (preferably in a Windows environment).
- Active understanding of Windows Server environment (on-prem and in cloud).
As the IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks on a daily basis, including but not limited to: system administration tasks, network maintenance, disaster recovery, backup systems management, automation repairs, and general technical support. You will also be expected to aid in the organization's cloud migration project work.
