Dynamics 365 CE/CRM - 2nd Line Support Technician - Progress to Support Team Lead - £45,000.


Requirement for an experienced 2nd Line support technician to join one of the UKs largest banking organisations to assist and support the on - going development of their D365 CE system.


Working in a fast paced and lively environment, you will be directly responsible for providing 2nd Line support to over 2000 business users nationwide. It is an open floor office with state of the art equipment and a chance to gain insight to the financial sector.


As well as providing expert support, this role requires the successful applicant to have the ability to customise and configure the system, creating workflows, dashboards, custom forms and entities.


To understand the need of such customisations, you will also be required to liaise directly with high level stakeholders in gathering business requirements, documenting, implementing accordingly or escalating to the development team.


The online solution, which hosts many applications is currently integrated with 0365 and Power BI. As part of the enterprise level infrastructure project, within 6 months this role will be progressed to Support Team Lead, meaning a high level of responsibility and the chance to work with multi Microsoft Technology.


To facilitate the progression, you will be provided with both in-house and external training. You will have an allocated training budget to allow you to complete relevant MCSE qualifications and highly sought Fireband training.


This is a salaried position paying up to £45,000 with a salary review to £55,000 on promotion, providing flexible and home working.


Due to the nature of the client, you will require SC Clearance - if not held already, this will be organised by internal HR.


Requirements are as follows;



  • 2/3 Years' Experience in a Dynamics CRM 2nd Line Support role.

  • Experience in stakeholder management.

  • Experience with gathering requirements and understanding business need.

  • Ability to customise and configure OOB functionality.

  • Ability to work in a fast pace and challenging environment.


Desirable.



  • Previous financial sector experience.

  • Experience in line management.

  • Power BI experience.
