My client is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst that has experience working with Dynamics AX/365.

The client is one of the biggest and the most fastest growing businesses in the UK, delivering practices across various sectors. The company aims to deliver more Dynamics AX projects and is looking for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst that is enthusiastic and is able to take the initiative as well as be part of a team. The Desktop Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the day to day workings of Dynamics AX/365.

The client believes in investing in their people therefore they provide full stack training and allow you to be part of a team that would help you learn and develop. The company has a an exceptional progression structure that would aid a Desktop Support Analyst to "go up the ladder" by upgrading their skills. Essential:

  • Experience working with Dynamics AX (2009 and 2012)
  • Experience working in various modules such as retail, warehousing and manufacturing
  • Has at least 2 years of experience working as System Analyst with 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support experience as well.
