Service Desk Technical Team Lead who comes from a support based background and has experience leading a team with good Azure Cloud exposure. Salary up to £65,000.

Focused on the provision of hands on technical leadership for the Service Desk. The role will be responsible for the delivery of support that enables the client's business systems to operate cost-effectively and robustly.

Involved in the full life cycle of support and providing an escalation route for the Service Desk, the role will provide you with the opportunity to develop an existing team of IT professionals and broaden your existing technical skill set through the delivery of focused support to our clients.

Service Desk Technical Leadership, Mentoring and Management

Provision of some project capability

Taking an active role in managing day-to-day service delivery

Making pro-active recommendations to improve service delivery and systems reliability

Background in Cloud Solutions, e.g. Azure

Strong understanding of Windows Server Operating Systems, Windows PowerShell, Server Virtualization

Good understanding of Office 365
