My client is a multinational architectural design and consultancy company with 85 offices across 35 countries. Based on the review of 2018 business plan, they are looking for a capable candidate to support the internal Dynamics CRM and SharePoint 2013 application.

Responsibilities

- Responsible of providing support to in-house application

- Work closely with product specialist to further enhance and develop the products

- Follow ITIL Service Management principles for incident and problem management

- Create training materials and participate in ad-hoc projects as and when required

Requirements

- Proven working experience in IT application support

- Basic understanding in ASP.NET, SQL DB & SSRS is a must

- Working experience in SharePoint 2013, Dynamics CRM or Office 365 is an advantage

- Good written skills in production of user guide, FAQs, and training materials

- Proficient in both written and spoken English, fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua is desirable
