3rd Line IT Infrastructure Engineer to work on their Service Desk and Projects department and support customers' IT environment across a number of industry sectors.

Salary up to £45,000

3rd Line IT Infrastructure Engineer who will be a single point of contact for our customers, logging and managing all calls, emails and tickets within SLA whilst providing strategic guidance to clients regarding technology and IT infrastructure.

Designing, planning, implementing and ongoing support of existing and emerging technologies.

Meeting and working with clients to define the scope of assigned projects and project tasks.

Defining software, hardware and network requirements.

Undertaking technical implementation activities, either stand-alone for small projects or as part of a team for larger projects, either on client sites or remotely from the office.

Acting as the main point of contact with clients on designated projects to manage expectations, providing regular project reporting and to support clients in the delivery of their own responsibilities within the projects

Familiar with Microsoft Azure environment

Strong understanding of Windows Server Operating Systems

Good understanding of Office 365

Experience with Cloud Solutions from Microsoft including Office 365
