Looking for a 2nd-3rd Line IT Infrastructure Engineer to work on their Service Desk and Projects department and support customers' IT environment across a number of industry sectors.

With a salary up to £45,000 based on skills and experience.

2nd-3rd Line IT Infrastructure Engineer who will be a single point of contact for our customers.

Designing, planning, implementing and ongoing support of existing and emerging technologies.

Meeting and working with clients to define the scope of assigned projects

Carefully planning the technical and operational aspects of agreed projects, collaborating and communicating internally and where necessary with the clients.

Developing agreed solutions and implementing new systems.

Undertaking technical implementation activities, either stand-alone for small projects or as part of a team for larger projects, either on client sites or remotely from our office

Acting as the main point of contact with clients.

Examining IT systems for potential threats to its security and integrity.

Keeping Incidents and Problems fully updated in the ticketing system.
