Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Techno-Functional Analyst - Supply Chain



My client is looking for an on site/local MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Techno Functional Analyst who will be taking over responsibilities for analysing, specifying, proposing, and partnering with subject matter experts to define business needs.


You will be responsible for analysing system strategies, and will create more efficient processes to enable the entire organisation be better suited to succeed. Additionally, you will be working extensively within data and data cleansing for the Supply Chain Department.


You will contribute to formulating a solution with the supply chain group and executing a plan and be able to provide guidance and expertise in handling the cleanup and automation for this group.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or related field

  • 5+ years of proven experience within large manufacturing (multi-national) and distribution operations

  • 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP - with a heavy emphasis in Supply Chain-related modules such as Warehouse Management, Advanced WMS, Transportation Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Product Information Management, Inventory Management and how they interact with other modules such as Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, and Production Control

  • Demonstrated experience with supporting major ERP upgrades and/or implementations

  • Prefer experience working on a multi-Region ERP project

  • Ability to work independently as well as to collaborate effectively with others in person and remotely

  • Proven ability to lead and communicate orally, in written documents and formal presentations is required.

  • Team player, change agent, and customer-driven mentality

  • Analytical approach to problem-solving, solid conceptual skills and willingness to learn, sense of urgency and commitment for a job well done.

  • Solid understanding of data integrity and audit/compliance procedures

  • Applicable Techno-functional knowledge with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is a big plus

  • Comfortable using PowerBi, SSRS and other tools to work with data for ad hoc analysis
