International Manufacturing Organisation based in Birmingham, require an experienced Subject Matter Expert/Product Owner to facilitate the ongoing development of their D365 CE platform.
With multiple departments, functionality of the system needs to represent the business as a whole and therefore will require the successful applicant to have hands on experience, and be confident in customising and configuring the system accordingly.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for meeting with relevant stakeholders within the business, gathering requirements, documenting functional design and deploying any change requests you may receive.
As a subject matter expert, you will claim system ownership for "All things CRM', providing continuous support to users, training as well as making suggestions for further development of the system.
The organisation are implementing O365 and PowerBI in September this year, so within the role you will be heavily involved in project planning - and a chance to further your experience in not only the wider Microsoft Stack but also on roll out of an integrated system.
This is a salaried position paying £50,000.
Training and MS Certifications are actively encouraged and will be supported financially by your employer.
- Experience writing in FDD's ideally for versions 2016/D365.
- Experience in providing expert knowledge on the capability of the system.
- Experience in Customisation and Configuration of Dynamics CRM.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to other Dynamics Platforms.
