Service Desk Lead, Copenhagen, up to 55.000 basic + pension/laptop/mobileMy client, a leader in the scandinavian media market, is looking for a Service Desk Team Leader to join their current team of 20!The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join the company and lead their own team of 1st and 2nd line Service Desk's.

You will be prioritizing the IT Support activities and developing and driving the team as a whole. Additionally, there will be potential opportunities to work on O365 projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a big name in the media market, gaining valuable experience in a widely respected establishment.

The successful candidate must have:

* Experience leading or managing a team of service desk's

* Microsoft Office stack - Office 365, AD, SCCM

* Technical IT Support experience on Windows and macOS
