IT Help Desk Support - Kansas City

I'm working with a Dynamics AX end user that is looking to bring in an IT Help Desk Support Analyst. Your main responsibility would be to help support the AX system and help optimize the system in place. This position will be responsible for working with the internal team and managing the overall system and reporting into the IT department.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Dynamics AX system that is in place now and work alongside their in house IT department
  • Be able to clearly communicate between the accounting team and development support to clearly communicate issues
  • Come into work every day with a positive attitude and able to work well with the team that is in place

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1+ year of Dynamics AX experience
  • Experience supporting a large Dynamics AX system
  • Experience creating solutions
