The company specialises in analytical testing services for clients across multiple industries. Due to the continuous success and growth the company's CRM IT Centre is looking to expand their team with a CRM Business Analyst that would work on global implementation projects that use Dynamics MS CRM solutions.

The role: CRM Business Analyst

As a CRM Business Analyst you will be in charge of preparing functional documentation and design CRM customizations (FRD, SDD). You will be organising and conducting Q&A sessions and workshops in an international business environment. You will be working together with the team to ensure high quality solutions and contribute to the scrum process. You will be preparing, documenting and executing the test cases for end to end business scenarios. You will be providing support throughout the project life-cycle.

Who are they looking for:

  • Experience with Dynamics MS CRM functional modules (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service)

  • Business analysis in areas of CRM (Customer data management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service)

  • Knowledge in Scrum methodologies

  • Strategic thinking: capacity to identify business needs and transform them into a strategic plan. Identifies solutions and selects the best combination of practices by taking an innovative approach to problem solving.
