A MS Gold Partner is seeking an individual with Dynamics GP experience to serve as their GP Support Desk Admin. This individual should be fluid with the system, capable of answering end user's questions when they reach out.

Responsibilities

  • Answer GP system questions for end users
  • Offer occasional system support
  • Provide solutions for end user issues
  • If necessary, go onsite to offer functional support

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of GP financials
  • Strong understanding of GP distribution
  • Strong levels of communication
