IT Helpdesk Level 2 Support

My client is Galway is looking for someone to start in the new year for a IT Helpdesk Level 2 Support role. The rate is between €150 - 250.

Requirements:

- IT experience

- Knowledge of routers/switches/cabling

- Expert understanding of Windows Operatng ystems, Windows 7, Windows 10, Server 2008, 2012 & 2016

Responsibilities

- MS Dynamics CRM 2011 & SQL Server

- Liason with 1st Line support & various members of the organisation

- Customer equipment & software issues

- WAN/LAN connectivity issues

- Daily monitoring of network and infrastructure issues
