The Dynamics 365 Lead Support Analyst will provide application support, enhancements, and extensions on this organization's Dynamics 365 v 9.0 application. This is a high-visibility role that will challenge your customer facing skills, as well as your technical depth with Dynamics 365! The Dynamics 365 CRM Support Analyst will drive EU adoption, provide technical leadership on complex CRM support issues, and support the roadmap for MS CRM integrations, enhancements, and overall improvements. Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Dynamics CRM experience
  • Excellent CRM Troubleshooting skills
  • CRM workflow, Business Process Logic, Entities creation background
  • 3+ years of JavaScript for CRM troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365
  • 1+ years' experience in troubleshooting or customization of Dynamics CRM integrations
  • Proven experience with Dynamics CRM Technical Architecture
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Web Services expertise
  • Strong Dynamics CRM Documentation skills
