2nd Line Support - Stockport - Up to £27,000

My client is looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to provide support to the entire company: hardware, software, office facilities and IT equipment.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and methodological with excellent customer service skills.

The Role* Setting up & deploying laptops (2+ years' experience)* Mobile phones set up & deployment (2+ years' experience)* Monitoring calls raised on our call logging software & updating these as you deal with enquiries.* Dealing with quotations for equipment from suppliers, setting up new equipment & upgrading existing systems* Preparing laptops and mobile phones for use by new starters* Troubleshooting basic problems with hardware

Technical Skills1. Active Directory2. Office 365 Administration3. Microsoft Azure - PowerShell scripting4. Exchange5. SharePoint6. OneDrive Business7. TCP/IP networking8. Windows 10 / Windows Server9. PowerShell scripting - basic10. Firewall admin
