SharePoint Support - Microsoft Gold Partner - £35,000

I'm working with the UK's leading Microsoft Gold Partner and a globally renowned Partner who have built a successful practice in Support, Consultancy and Development of SharePoint Online and Office 365 projects across the world.

They recently have expanded their own product base and are looking to grow the Support function within the business to liaise directly with clients and internal users to help with anything and everything SharePoint!

You will ideally be familiar with the troubleshooting and support process of an organisation with an extensive SharePoint system in place - but I'm keen to hear from Support engineers of all levels as the Support function can only grow with applicants across the Junior, Mid and Senior levels.

You will be involved in;

  • Troubleshooting lists and libraries
  • Troubleshooting SharePoint Online permissions
  • Deploying team sites and subsites
  • Troubleshooting Onedrive Next Generation
  • Troubleshooting Sharepoint Search issues
  • Debugging in Developer Tools - finding possible bugs
  • Troubleshooting Content types
  • Troubleshooting Personal sites permissions and sharing Set up of Sharing permissions for each site
  • Troubleshooting issues in Office Online.
  • Troubleshooting Webparts
