Candidate Referrals
Read moreYou could earn $300 providing all of the following criteria apply:
- You recommend a friend or colleague not previously registered with Nigel Frank International Inc
- We then place the individual in either a permanent or contract role within 12 months of your original referral
- The individual completes 60 days of work in their new role
You will receive your payment once the candidate has completed 60 days of work in their new position.
Business / Client Referrals
Read moreYou could earn multiples of $300 providing all of the following criteria apply:
- You refer a hiring manager who is both actively recruiting and willing to use our services and also whom we do not have prior knowledge of
- That hiring manager then employs a candidate through Nigel Frank International Inc in either a permanent or contract role within 12 months of your original referral
- Any individual that you recommend who is placed with the hiring manager must complete 60 days of work in their new role
You will receive $300 for each candidate that Nigel Frank International place with the hiring manager for a period of 12 months from your original referral. You will receive your payment only once a candidate has completed 60 days of work in their new role.
