As a token of appreciation for these recommendations we have an established referral scheme to reward your kind gesture of promoting our service. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make so there is a real opportunity to significantly increase your income with minimum effort.

Candidate Referrals
Read moreYou could earn £200 providing all of the following criteria apply:
- You recommend a friend or colleague not already registered with Nigel Frank International
- We go on to place that individual in a either a permanent or contract role within 12 months of your original recommendation
- The individual completes 60 days of work in their new position
You will receive your payment once the candidate has completed 60 days of work in their new position.
Business / Client Referrals
Read moreYou could earn multiples of £200 providing all of the following criteria apply:
- You refer a hiring manager who is actively recruiting and willing to use our services and whom we do not have prior knowledge of
- That hiring manager goes on to employ a candidate through Nigel Frank International in either a permanent or contract role within 12 months of your original recommendation
- Any individual placed with the hiring manager completes 60 days of work in their new position
You will receive £200 for every candidate that Nigel Frank International place with the hiring manager for a period of 12 months from your original recommendation. You will receive your payment once a candidate has completed 60 days of work in their new position.
