Max Maeder Team Leader - Dynamics GP

Max joined Nigel Frank in September 2010 as a Recruitment Consultant, focusing on the Dynamics GP market.

After growing out our presence in both the United States and Canada, he has been promoted twice and is now the Team Leader for our entire Dynamics GP Division. His current role is a mixture of hands-on recruitment and managing a team of 5 recruitment consultants.

Winning a Rolex watch as a result of being the first consultant in 2011 to do 10 deals in one month!

Lani Parrocha Recruitment Consultant – Dynamics AX

Lani joined Nigel Frank in April 2011 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. She recruits for Dynamics AX roles and works with Microsoft Partners and AX end users in the South West region of the US. Since joining NFI, Lani has been promoted to a full Recruitment Consultant and has hit two incentive trip targets, sending her on all expenses paid trips to London and Madrid.

If Lani did not work at NFI what might she be doing instead?
Working for the Australian consulate! Lani is originally from Sydney, Australia and had only recently moved to the Big Apple when she joined NFI

Pat Navarro Senior Recruitment Consultant – Dynamics AX

Pat joined Nigel Frank in February 2011 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.  He recruits for Dynamics AX roles covering the full spectrum of AX positions, from Developers and Support Staff through Consultants and Project Managers. After shattering records on our office leader boards, he has been promoted twice and is now a Senior Consultant.

What did Pat struggle with when he first joined NFI?
The technical aspect of the products we recruit for. But with help from his Team Leader and the training offered here at NFI, he soon learned this was a small hurdle to overcome.

Sam Kapur Team Leader – Dynamics NAV and SharePoint

Sam joined Nigel Frank in March of 2010, when we first opened our New York office. He was the first official hire and has played an integral part in the successful growth of Nigel Frank North America.

Since originally focusing on the Dynamics NAV market as a Recruitment Consultant, he has been promoted twice and has taken on the new market of Microsoft SharePoint.

What does Sam enjoy most about working at NFI?
The energy in the room when everyone is on the phones, it’s electrifying and very motivating.
