What was your background before joining NFI?
Before joining NFI I studied Law and Spanish at University. I then worked as a junior Account Manager at IBM and in sales at HP; I was good at sales and decided my next step would be in recruitment.

What was your background before joining NFI?
Prior joining Nigel Frank, I was working in the Public Sector. I found that there was little room for growth or any real challenge in what I was doing, which influenced my decision to join Nigel Frank.

Before joining Nigel Frank, I was working in IT Sales and Real Estate. My previous sales positions made me feel as if I was just a cash cow for the company and I never felt valued until the day of my first interview at Nigel Frank in July of 2011.

What was your background before joining NFI?
During my college summers I had few internships unrelated to sales or recruitment. After I graduated, I spent two winters out in Colorado working for Vail Resorts where I sold lift tickets and lessons for the ski school.

What was your background before joining NFI?
I started with Nigel Frank three weeks after I graduated from college. My professional experience prior to joining was very limited. I worked as an advertising sales executive for my university newspaper for four months during my senior year and that was it.

What was your background before joining NFI?
Believe it or not, before I joined NFI I was a beer salesman. And I focused on selling to bars in Brooklyn, NY. It was your typical sales job with nothing special about it. I was over worked and underappreciated with little room to grow. What makes NFI so unique is the fact that none of those problems exist here. If you work hard and do deals, you will be promoted and rewarded for your efforts.
