Junior IT Helpdesk - 1st/2nd Line Support - Non for Profit Organisation - £25,000

My well established non for profit organisation with brand new state of the art facilities based in West London are looking for an 1st/2nd line Support consultant to join their in-house IT team.

Not only will you be the primary point of contact for all Dynamics CRM tickets from a sizeable 100 person user base, you will also own the system taking responsibility for administration and training.

The truly unique offering of this role is the autonomy you are given to customise and optimise the system for the organisation. You won't be micromanaged- the attitude being as you're in line with change management processes then you have free reign to continually improve the system functionalities.

Experience in Dynamics CRM and Power BI is desirable, although not essential. Cross training will be provided.

-Experience in general IT help desk responsibilities

-Experience is maintaining database

-SSRS reporting
